Joyce LaTulippe
has been teaching for over eighteen years. A leader
in IT innovation, Joyce has conducted workshops on the topics of problem-based
learning, technology integration, authentic assessment and e-learning in numerous
settings, including Harvard School of Public Health, Marlboro College, Granite State
College and others. Joyce has been engaged in the creation and direction of
interactive online courses, curricula and training events through her involvement
with leading textbook publishers including divisions of Houghton Mifflin,
International Thomson Higher Education and Harcourt. The former Manager for
Distance Education within University System of Southern New Hampshire (USNH),
Joyce currently coordinates the professional development of educators throughout
Massachusetts as part of a National Science Foundation grant in Advanced
Technology Education. Joyce has a BA from Wheaton College and a M.Ed. from
Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Joan Sedita
is co-founder of Keys to Literacy. She has worked for
over 30 years in the education field, and has presented training to
thousands of teachers, parents, and related professionals at schools,
colleges, clinics, and professional organizations throughout the country.
She specializes in consultation and training in K-12 reading instruction.
Joan worked at the Landmark School in Massachusetts for 23 years as a
teacher, supervisor, and high school principal. Joan was one of three
Lead Trainers in Massachusetts for the NCLB Reading First Initiative.
She is also a National LETRS Trainer, an adjunct instructor at Fitchburg
State College, and a member of the LD Worldwide Board of Directors.

Joyce Tugel
Joyce Tugel is a Science Specialist at the Maine Mathematics
and Science Alliance (MMSA). Her work is primarily focused on the areas of
science professional development, formative assessment, and teacher leadership.
Joyce is a coauthor of two books in the NSTA Press Uncovering Student Ideas in
Science series. Joyce is the National Science Education Leadership Association’s
Region A Director, and has served as the National Science Teachers Association's
District II Director and Professional Development Division Director. During her
accomplished teaching career, Joyce received the Presidential Award for Excellence
in Secondary Science Teaching, the Milken Foundation National Distinguished
Educator Award, and the New England Institute of Chemists Secondary Teaching Award.
